A board exam week plan that fits a school day
Two subjects a day, one timed paper, sleep that does not collapse.

Exam week fails when the timetable assumes you have eight empty hours. You do not.
Pick two subjects a day. Morning: the weaker one, 50 minutes, no phone. Evening: the stronger one, 40 minutes, then a short recap list.
Once in the week, sit a timed paper in the same subject you will write first. The point is pacing, not a predicted score.
Parents can help by keeping the house quiet for those two blocks. The notes stay in the student dashboard so nobody has to print overnight.
